The management of PROMETHEUS FIRE EXPERTS S.L., aware of the importance of respecting the environment and the relevance of meeting the needs and expectations of its clients, is committed to maintaining the necessary resources to ensure that its core activity of “ENGINEERING, CONSULTING, AND TRAINING IN FIRE SAFETY” achieves these goals.

To this end, the company has implemented an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, structured around this Quality and Environmental Policy and based on the following principles:

• Quality and environmental management are strategic elements for the company’s operations.
• There is a firm commitment to comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, as well as any other requirements the organization subscribes to related to environmental aspects, ensuring that this policy serves as the reference framework for establishing and reviewing the company’s objectives and goals.
• We are committed to meeting the requirements agreed with our clients and fulfilling their expectations.
• We commit to planning our activities in a way that ensures pollution prevention, and to continuously improving our environmental performance. We will minimize the environmental impact of our activities, placing special emphasis on the management of the waste we generate.
• We follow the philosophy of reducing, reusing, and recycling our waste and, when this is not possible, we ensure its final disposal with the least possible impact on the environment.
• We will promote training and awareness among our employees, as well as communication with suppliers and subcontractors.
• We are firmly committed to continually improving the effectiveness of our Integrated System by strengthening relationships with our clients. Our commitments to quality and the environment will be communicated to all employees through notices posted on bulletin boards in our facilities.
• We will create an appropriate working environment to encourage staff involvement in achieving the organization’s objectives.

This policy includes a control and review of the system by Management, and objectives will be established and reviewed periodically. This policy is available to anyone who wishes to consult it. The necessary mechanisms have been established to ensure that it is known, understood, and implemented throughout the organization.
